The fee structure is designed to minimize expenses while delivering maximum results. We tailor our approach to each client’s abilities, providing transparency and flexibility.
Some clients may find a few consultations sufficient to get on track, while others may require more in-depth assistance.
How it works
1.
Initial Discussion and Scoping: A general consultation lasting 1–3 hours, plus time for reviewing any materials. The goal is for both parties to assess if it’s worth proceeding to the next phase. Allow approx. 6 hours of direct Beyond Tomorrow Co. time.
2.
In-Depth Business Overview: An open discussion covering the business’s purpose, future vision, strategic framework, and cultural development. This stage typically involves 3–5-hour sessions for a few days to establish a framework and plans for moving forward. Allow approx. 27 hours
3.
Next Phase or Client-Driven Work: After this stage, clients may choose to undertake some of the work themselves with BYCo.’s guidance, or opt for ongoing, comprehensive service to develop and work on a clear plan of action. Time allocation to be discussed prior to commencement.
4.
Plan Implementation: The client can decide whether to implement the plan independently or engage Beyond Tomorrow Co. for specific stages of the process. Further discussion prior to commencement.
5.
Ongoing Support:This will only be known when we get to this phase and consider options. One that may be appropriate is to move to the Mini Board Mentor Model.
6.
Ensuring Company-Wide Adoption: Plans, visions, values, and strategies only succeed when they are fully integrated into the organization. This requires company-wide ownership and discipline to prevent daily distractions from undermining long-term objectives. The Governance Oversight provides this service.
